Our Popular Education Program is rooted in the belief that those who are impacted by decision–making need to be at the table where those decisions are being made. We need to learn how to face and change impediments to their participation. We also believe that it is important to learn how to effectively and creatively be at the decision-making table, so that decisions can be made that are just. Therefore, for RMM, it is not only about participating in the system, it is about learning to change unjust systems and structures.
