The Leadership Academy is a summer-long program jointly sponsored between RMM and the Youth Arts Group. The Academy offers a series of workshops focusing on issues raised by high school aged students in our region. Workshops in recent years have focused upon such topics as:

• Preparing for the College application process
•  Financial literacy
•  Art for Change
•  Gender violence
