Laura Lecour, Managing Director, has worked for over 25 years as an advocate on behalf of children and migrant farmworkers beginning as a Daycare Provider, then a Tutor/Advocate with Migrant Education, an Interpreter/Translator and currently as Managing Director of RMM. She has a B.S. in Marketing and Management from New York University, and is working toward her M.P.A. at Marist College. Laura is the proud mother of three children, Isabel, Aaron and Anthony and grandmother of two baby women.
