Rev. Katherine Pater serves as Associate Pastor of Mission, Outreach, and Church Families at Hitchcock Presbyterian Church in Scarsdale, NY. She holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin with a double major in Political Science and Religious Studies. After receiving her Masters of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School, she was ordained to serve a small ecumenical mission in rural El Salvador. Upon returning to the United States, she studied organic and sustainable agriculture at the Farm School in Athol, MA. Before serving at Hitchcock, she was the Minister for Christian Education at First Congregational Church of Milton, MA and the Education Coordinator at Land's Sake farm in Weston, MA. She lives in Scarsdale with her spouse, Kyle, and their two dogs, Pippin and Gus.
